		<description>Hi Bill e Bob -- I&#039;ve just linked to Kubuntu from the post. I installed it on my Mum&#039;s old PC, which is currently being used as a &#039;playground&#039; PC, ie one that I can mess around with. :)

It&#039;s a Linux distribution, based on the Ubuntu fork of Debian GNU/Linux, but unlike Ubuntu which uses the GNOME (GNU Network Object Model Environment) interface Kubuntu uses KDE (K Desktop Environment).

It&#039;s really cool -- you can download and run a Live CD version of both to check them out.  Once when my main XP hard drive died I used a Ubuntu live CD as my main OS for about a week.</description>
